Rev up your morning with this vitamin-packed raspberry nectarine smoothie!  Ringing it at under 300 calories, it boasts 16 grams of fiber, 9 grams of protein and nearly a day's worth of vitamin C. Add a scoop of protein powder to give it an extra punch.

Ingredients
  • 1 nectarine
  • 2 ice cubes(or so)
  • 1/4 cup soy vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • Honey to taste (no more than 1/2 tbsp)
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, almond milk, or water


Directions
  1. Chop the peach and the pear up, getting as much fruit as possible.
  2. In a blender, crush the ice and yogurt together. Slowly add the fruit in.
  3. Add the honey.
  4. Serve chilled. Makes 2.
